Someone kept making noise on the floor above. We reached out to the front desk multiple times but they didn't really help. Both days we had this issue and we could not sleep.

The room was clean The faucet is not long enough and made a mess each time you use the sink. The room was positioned next to the freeway and made it hard to sleep. Had to keep the tv on to drown out the traffic.

The room was super clean and spacious upon arrival! The housekeeping team does an incredible job! The staff was super friendly and attentive which made our stay warm and we felt welcomed! The breakfast is a plus! No complaints, we’ll definitely be back and recommend!

Staff is kind and professional. Cinnamon rolls AMAZING!! Room fit is ideal for a family of 5, the only thing is the pull out couches are so springy! The beds are not queens they are like full beds, the ac was hard to control it was either too hot or too cold. But for one night it was good!
