I was ripped off. When I got to the hotel I was told I had no room and that my reservation had been cancelled. I had to quickly find another hotel. I contacted hotels.com and they informed me I was marked as a no show and that the money they took from my account will not be refunded. I was most certainly not a "no show" the front desk told me my reservation had been cancelled and I was never notified of this by anyone at anytime prior to speaking with the front desk. Then they refuse to refund my money. Never again

Internet access was not good, There was no parking ended up having to leave early because of parking, There was no guidance on food options, If you came across them one area was only breakfast, one area had "not" a dress code but requirements, the third option was not sure if it was a poolside bar restaurant or a restaurant, had no idea about locations of the pools had to search them out and then the one pool the indoor pool had so much bleach or chemical that your eyes burned, nose burned and yes there were multiple pools but they were so small that all you could do was really stand and protect kids from hitting things as they tried to play. The sliding door on the room was broken, glass was falling out. the elevators closed faster than you could get on them.

Need seriously UPDATE!!

Using the water shower was never hot, luke warm. Beds were not queen sized only full size. Leaking ceiling when the air conditioner was on. The sofa bed was horrible, the sliding of the door was extremely hard to open. Smell of the room was horrible and tv blurry and tv on bedroom was discolored of the scream.

This property is really long in the tooth. I’ve heard it’s closing in September. The food is terrible and the elevators and AC are terrible.

The property is in a Amazing Area. But the Hotel need a Full update in the rooms the popcorn ceiling was falling down all over the floor and on the bed, the furniture is falling apart the bathroom was horrible wall paper comings off the wall, the rugs are dirty. And had I to ask for towels every day. My room was never cleaned in the 5 days Stayed, I just kept the room clean and took out the garbage. But if they a update the hotel and train the staff in the front desk to be hospitable when you check in, It would it been a Great Experience. By the way the Elevator and Hallways are super hot it seem like the air conditioning are not working. When checking in the front staff was worried about a employee Birthday cupcakes🤔 did not give me no information from the property.

A Truly Disappointing Stay My recent stay at Holiday Inn & Suites was, unfortunately, far from satisfactory and left me with a strong sense of regret. Everything was falling apart in our room. The hotel seriously needs renovation. The room had a very bad smell.

The room is very outdated, and not clean enough. One of the pillows smells like someone else’s greasy head. The aircon is broken you can’t adjust the temperature
