It was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and great amenities. My only complaint would be the very bland meal options for vegetarians. There were only two main dishes and considering the varied options for meat eaters, it seemed a shame that vegetarians are only offered pasta with tomato and something bland with lentils. Everything else was perfect though.

The hotel was beautiful. The spa and spa staff were so nice and the breakfast was delicious. The woman working at reception was so incredibly rude. We asked about how we get to the airport in Edinburgh and she didn’t even mention a shuttle that was leaving in the next five minutes that we could’ve taken, luckily we asked somebody again in the restaurant and they told us about it. Such a shame docking a star because of one person and our experience with them. Would’ve been five stars otherwise

We stayed here the night before we flew out on holiday. The room was very spacious and we used the spa. We had a drink in the bar and then dinner which was excellent. Highly recommended, I'm sure we will use it again.

Room was clean and prepared for the family requirements and our dog. Staff were super friendly and helpful from the staff at the bar to reception. We thoroughly enjoyed the leisure club and spa facilities. Breakfast was delicious with a special menu and also met our daughter’s dietary requirements. Not our first visit and would highly recommend a stay if you have a dog.
