Our room was not clean. Neither was our second room. We stayed multiple days and ask for specific cleaning and it did not take place. Detail is important but to miss peanuts on the flooor from a previous guest and dust layers is something you can’t overlook. Makes you wonder about the sanitary status of everything. A great setting and the visitor center shows promise when construction is done. Great location too. But please get housekeeping in order. Beds were fine and hopefully clean. Food options in the facility were nice.

Bathroom was to small, toilet next to tub but so close each other, just barely room to move around plus curtain was so dirty with mold, tub was really dirty as well . Really bad experience for a expensive hotel.

Excellent Stay Inside Yellowstone!

We loved staying at the Canyon Lodge & Cabins! The room was lovely (better than the photos). No air conditioning but wasn't ever needed. We walked to the Lodge dining area / cafeteria and had a great dinner and breakfasts and we were so close to the Yellowstone Grand Canyon, what a beautiful spot!

We stayed in one of the older buildings. No Ac or TV. No elevator, we were on second floor. Room cleaning was optional. The dining was in the adjacent plaza. Food was average.

Food and house keeping need help.

The room was nice and good size. My only complaint is house keeping, they never replaced dirty coffee cups or emptied the coffee make. When I checked in there was still old coffee in the maker! Never cleaned the bathroom counter while staying along with coffee issues. The only decent food I could get was at the bar in the eatery, the rest was expensive and not good. Other hotels had much better options and food was good. Thank god for the Bar!
