Our 1 bedroom suite was immaculate !! The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband let them know it was my 50th birthday and when we got into our room there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The strawberries were delicious and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the view of the city at night !!! In the morning everything was covered in a beautiful white blanket of snow. We had a wonderful overnight stay.

Hotel was nice, great location… room was considered a “cozy” room… a strange little thing… they have a master switch at the door that controls all the lights and you have to go through and manually shut out the lights so they don’t all come on when you hit the master… staff was super nice, friendly and welcoming… valet is cheaper than parking in the city and you only have to pay once. Was able to check in early and they held our bags until room was ready.

Checked in at 4pm room wasn’t ready, finally get to the room and it wasn’t clean properly. Soap from previous guest was still in the shower, toothpaste residue was left in the sink, hair on pillow and wash cloth.
