Just not great. This was our second trip to NYC and we thought it'd be fun to stay somewhere different...but man, we didn’t expect to be close to nothing!? It's Manhattan!? Staff was rude at every meeting and the resort fee is confusing since there are not resort amenities. With so many choices - I would definitely not choose this one.

The balcony was a nice tough to sit out and listen to the city. Quick walk to grand central. Close to 5th Ave and time square. Not a lot of food in the immediate area but there are lots of choices within walking distance.
