My only gripe is the TV usage. The screen was huge, sound & picture were great but the remote is difficult to set each time to receive channel selectin. and sure, it's got an instruction card buty when you follow those to a T it still doesn't bring up the channels....grrr! I got a staff member to set it the 1st time and she claimed that it would stay in tune for my stay...Wrong! But instead of keep bugging the staff about I just hit a whole bunch of buttons in many different sequences until i came on but I never could remember which sequence worked.....that's my entire gripe about the whole visit and it is somewhat moot

We stay here often and were a bit disappointed this time. We were put in a room next to a family with a loud child. More attention needs to be paid where customers are placed. An older couple should not be put next to a family. The pillows in our room have seen better days and need to be replaced. There was no blowdryer in the room. At breakfast there is a waffle maker and no syrup and no sign to indicate that. Apparently they were out. I was tempted to go to the grocery store and bring back a bottle for the customers. Come on!

The windows were dirty on the outside. Should have two chairs in unit so you don't have to sit on the bed to watch the T.V., There is sufficient space for a sofa type chair to go with the computer chair. The bathroom sink stopper did not work properly to drain waste water. The lady that checked us in was welcoming, the bed was comfy and we had a good night sleep.

The hotel and surrounding area was clean and quiet, close to shopping etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was good and best of all the staff opened the room early for those of us that had to leave early. Thanks!
