Customer service was excellent! Our room was clean and well stocked. Our first night sleep was great but our second night the air conditioner wasn’t running correctly! Very loud. The toilet was hot, hot water was being used instead of cold. Yes the seat was hot, but the cost factor, ouch. We always enjoy our stay but the air conditioner kept us up most of the night.

Everything was good, except the breakfast offer. It was not complete and the food was very dry, not very fresh because the sausage was over well done. Next time we will see to an other hôtel with breakfast included. Thanks.

We booked a room. As a wheelchair user I don’t need accessible rooms because every place I’ve stayed has bath chairs they can put in the rooms. I was not able to shower because they have NO bath chairs Very unacceptable!

A pretty standard hotel but what set it apart was how quiet the room was, even next to the elevator, and the super comfortable bed. Nice breakfast selection. Better than other hotels in this class.
