The room was dirty, flies on windowsill, cobwebs in corners, mold in the bathroom and had a very musty smell. I informed the staff but they really did not care. The pool was out of service which was the reason I booked this hotel.

The hotel is run down all over. The sheer curtain in our room had an extremely large hole in it. In fact it was shredded. The bathroom tub is old and rusty. The floor along the tub is filthy with a large clump of encrusted dirt embedded in the corner by the tub and door. The side of the bed where I slept the mattress had a long and good width sunken area that my feet dropped into. The rooms and halls smell and you can see the dirt in the carpets. My daughter’s bathroom had hair on the ceiling above the tub. We all won’t return. The restaurant was great.

Our disappointment began the moment we entered the room. It was visibly dirty, with hair on the ceiling, pink mold around the tub, and graffiti and rips on the wallpaper. The neglect was further evident in broken amenities: the curtain valance was missing, and the TV remote was broken and unusable. To add to the frustration, the pool was out of service for our entire stay. This hotel is not worth the savings. I strongly recommend paying a little more to book a hotel in Belleville instead.

This Hotel is not worth the money at all the rooms are dated and old there was mold in the bathroom at the bottom of the door because it was all broken..the wallpaper was coming off the walls. The microwave oven wasn't cleaned! The TV, fridge, microwave and lamp were all plugged into a powerbar that looked like a fire hazard just waiting to happen!! The pool was under maintenance but wasn't advised it would be...that was the reason I booked this hotel so that was extremely disappointing! Some people actually demanded a refund when they found out the pool was closed!! All and all this hotel sucked!! The bed wasn't comfortable!! The heat wasn't correct the thermostat read 75 and it felt like 72!! This Hotel in my opinion is maybe a 1 Star!!! The only good thing is there's a great restaurant attached!!! No mention of a free breakfast this hotel doesn't offer breakfast or any type of discount..which doesn't surprise me!! This Hotel charges $200 and it shouldn't be anymore than $50.00!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR ADVISE ANYONE I KNOW TO EVER STAY HERE!!!

Nice Stay, Dated, Small, by we were Comfortable.

We checked in and the staff were accommodating to ensure we had a ground floor, and made the extra effort to move us closer to the lobby. The room was small, and could only accommodate two double bed (others had a queen). Sadly, the room was designed such that you faced a brick wall. Why would they design a hotel like that. The rooms and hotel are certainly dated, but the staff cleaned the rooms daily. Bathtub is stained and the sink valves are loose. The two luggage carts are non matching and beat up, with one held together by Duct tape. Ready to fall apart. We had to purchase the breakfast, but the food at the attached restaurant was great. Had one breakfast and two dinner. We would have had the breakfast after checking out, but instead of opening at 6 am, they did not open until 7. We left by then. The room has a fridge/freezer and microwave. Our remote for the TV was not working and they replaced. All in all, it was comfortable for our 4 night stay. We would likey come back if we are back in the area.

Just feel when I book online and not directly to the hotel that we are not booked into a more updated room.$120. a night getting pretty expensive. Looking into purchasing an RV. Example fridge unplugged had to plug that into lamp base fridge, no knob to turn it on. Two tissues left in the Kleenex box. Just not has clean in other rooms. I’ve stayed in. And bathroom could do with a makeover. Third floor. Sorry.

I didn’t care too much for being put on the third floor as it made it very hard to get a cart with my luggage to my room. The staff told me that there was nothing he could do about it.
