Room was so run down and dirty. Bed sheets were ok but the bed frame with bunk was gross and had dried blood on it and filth, snobs rubbed on walls and the bed wasn’t made up for top bunk. Carpet was dirty and dus, the room smelt bad and I had to ask cleaner to spray it. Reception stinks aswell, need to focus on a deep clean. might be ibis budget but u expect a clean room and hotel. I had a bag stollen from outside of room and asked staff to check cameras and still haven’t. Do not book if you attended a concert as you have to que a very long line wrapping around the building as there are no stairs to use only 2 small very slow lifts. Should be staff at lift directing lifts to certain floors to speed up the wait instead of having to stop at every floor. So not recommend

Desk/table was dirty. Linen and bathroom were clean. Quiet enough. Asked to borrow an iron to iron a business shirt and was directed to the communal laundry which had 1 broken K-Mart iron. Pretty unsatisfactory to not have one working iron in an entire hotel.

The location in relation to Qudos Arena is amazing. The rooms are small, very hard to get into the shower and toilet. The room was fairly clean, however there was blood on the wall. The foyer areas and reception were very dirty with lots of splatter from drinks on the walls & floor. Was ok for a 1 night stay.

The lobby smelled like a locker room. Each floor smelt like stale cigarettes and stains and marks all throughout the room and facilities. The shared laundry room ruined my clothes, the iron put a stain onto my formal clothing that I needed the next day and the staff was unhelpful and showed no sympathy and seemed irritated I asked for help and complained. They didn’t fix the iron they just kept it there and ignored it for other guests to use and have their clothes ruined.
