Getting into the room was simple, the hotel room was nice but there was not hot water and after 4 phone calls over an almost 5 hour period I was more than disappointed.

Room was very spacious and clean. Liked the fridge/ microwave in room for the rate. I did not use the bar, but the area looked very nice and spacious. Although the pool was large and appeared very clean, I did not like that it was in the lobby and not closed off. The smell of chlorine throughout the hotel and in my room was overwhelming

The room was ok but the door stuck horribly. The pool was relocated inside the first floor right behind the bar, so all you could smell was chlorine.

Won’t stay again.

Bathroom door was hard to close and would pop open. Shower curtain didn’t go the length of the tub. Most importantly.. when we woke up this morning, my daughter’s side of the bed was infested with tiny bugs all over her phone, water bottle, shoes. When we left we told the front desk and was informed that since we booked with a 3rd party that we had to address it with Hotel.com. I would appreciate someone reaching out to acknowledge our inconvenience.

Stay was very good only issue was we had no lighting in the seating room as we booked a suite for my sons 10th birthday and my daughters dance recital with 6 boys and 3 little girls they did not give us a hard time with the kids as I know they got a bit loud at times so I was ok with the lighting

My 1st day there I had no hot water the hotel did fix the problem and I no other problems with the room. Our Bartender named Clair was excellent, she was very friendly and helpful. And gave good service. I would stay again at this property.
