On the positive side is the convenience of its location. However, the rooms are too small for three people. If we had been informed of this we would have booked two rooms. The sofa bed is absolutely terrible to sleep on. To put the cherry on the top, there are no shuttle buses to the airport from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm. Right in between these times is the check out time at noon, which doesnt make any sense. For this reason, the reception kindly offers to call a taxi for you and mentions that it is prepaid. However, the taxi driver charges us 20 zl for a less than 5 minute ride and even if we told him the hotel said it was prepaid, he was adamant and we had to give him whatever small change in USD and GBP we had (5 USD + 5 GBP) making it a great deal for him. What a scam.

Conveniently located near the airport. Surprisingly rooms were very quiet which was great as I am a very light sleeper. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was wonderful.

Our 5am flight was unexpectedly delayed and the hotel let us to come back into our room to have some more sleep and delicious breakfast! 🙌🙏 Also the transportation between hotel and airport is a great help and care!

Dirty sheets

The sheets on our bed hadn’t been changed. We only realized this when we were about to go to sleep and pulled back the covers and saw blood stains on the inside of the covers and sheets. Never happened to us before and this will be the last time we stay at Hamptons Inn.
