Were not warned to enter car details into their system. After i asked if still required as had put them on check in form, i was casually told 'probably best if I didnt want a ticket. Also did not offer directions to room (over 200 in hotel with no obvious signage from reception). Just felt they weren't interested in guests.
Room ok, but tired. TV remote batteries either flat or remote warn out. No bath mat so had to step out onto damp floor.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic, space was too small for numbers of people, with queuing to get in. Had to squeeze through two rows of tables to get to food/drinks and kitchen and only wide enough for 1 person so having to wait for for other guests and staff clearing tables, with constant jepardy of getting something down your back. Choice of fresh fruit/yogurt very limited, croissants either stale or not properly cooked as very chewy. Cooked food was quite nice.
