After five+ months of cold weather, occasional snowstorms and chilly rains, New England acquires an enviable summer spirit. The turquoise, blue waves, though mildly cool in the month of June, shimmer under the watchful eye of the powerful sun. Alternating between dips in the water and lazy siestas on the sand, we thanked our lucky stars for deciding to book a stay at Martha’s Vineyard months in advance, which just happened to coincide with a spectacularly breezy and warm weekend. Ocean was not visible, seemed like I could have been given a better view, it's the slow season Water damage/possible mold in main room ceiling, blinds damaged, general shoddy condition of several things that are relatively easy fixes
