Room was clean and spacious, check in was smooth. There was an event going on in lobby that was very loud. At check in (7:45) we were told it was wrapping up, it finally ended at 10:00. We were on the 4th floor and could hear it like we were in the lobby. The room was extremely hot, tried turning ac on but temperature kept rising. Reached out to front desk via the text they had sent upon check in, which they had alteady responded to other questions on. They finally responded the following morning that we could open the window if we needed to cool off. ( We were on the 4th floor with kids in the room and it was below zero out.) Very disappointed in this stay as we always stay in Hilton branded hotels.
