New Years eve in Oaxaca in a great Hotel.

All the staff were wonderful. It was in a perfect location right on the Zocalo where all the NewYear's activities were going on and easy access to a lot of the historic sites, restaurants, arts and crafts, food stores and the two major historic markets. The only downsides are the tile floor in the shower is very slippery and the beds are not comfortable. The hotel is a historic building which is well maintained. We loved would stay there again.

They help me after arriving and looking that I was on a wheelchair they help me to find a room for me 406 and 304 are the correct rooms for a wheelchair

Super loud because the hotel is in the city center and there's no soundproofing on the windows. Pillows are old and riddled with dust mites. Beds are not particularly comfortable. The cleaning crew knocked our things under the bed and didn't pick them up. But the location was great and the staff was nice.

Very, very, loud performance on the zocalo and I didn’t realize that we would be right above it. My room faced the singer/stage and light show. When we checked in, the front desk folks warned me about the performance but, when asked, did not change my room to a quieter, backside of the hotel. I’ll be back to Oaxaca but will never stay here again.
