Beach Place 12 is a rustic beachfront townhouse. This two-bedroom, one and a half bathroom townhome has a two-level, furnished balcony overlooking the dunes with a glimpse of the ocean over the crest. The large span of sand before the dunes is a great place for the kids to play at the end of the day or before you head down to the beach. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Beach Place 12 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The entire townhouse is paneled in wood, giving you the feeling of being on a ship. The unique living room is furnished with two sofas, several boat chairs, a modern fireplace and a large flat-screen television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Also past the dining area is a half-bathroom & a small fenced-in deck. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a small table for two, a large flat-screen television, a private bathroom and balcony access. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds.
