Located on the ocean block between 63rd and 64th streets, Sea Mark 304 is a one bedroom, one bath condo with just what you need for a beach getaway. Clean and affordable, this is a perfect rental for a couple, small family, or those looking for a bird's eye view when the classic cars are in town! The west facing balcony gives you that Coastal Highway view, while a smaller rear, east facing balcony allows for a quieter outdoor spot for breathing in that ocean air. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to cook some meals, and a washer/dryer is also provided in the unit. To keep you connected during your stay, there are TV's in both the living room and bedroom, plus internet service. Accommodating up to six guests, bed sizes include a queen and single bunk beds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Conveniently located mid town just off of the 90 bridge, the condo is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants like Annabelle's, Barrio Taco, Longboard Cafe and Fager's Island, and a quick drive to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and the OC Boardwalk. This property has Thursday and Sunday check-in during peak season and any two nights in the off season.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
