Owner provides complimentary linen package (which includes sheet sets for all beds, bath towels, bathmats and kitchen towels) delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. Also, included is access to the owner's private beach locker, stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Enjoy free WIFI and 4 smart TVs. A washer, dryer, and a child's highchair is provided for a family-friendly experience. Beyond the condo, Gateway Grand offers world-class amenities including indoor and outdoor pools and a kid's playroom. Gateway Grand requires rentals of seven days, in season, check in is Saturday to Saturday. No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas. $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
