Took 4 times to request for a change in bedding. There was an old blood stain in the sheets. The 4th time the staff came up to our room, knocked and open the door without waiting for me to open the door. Breakfast attendant started actively removing breakfast items while people are still waiting for their food. Overall staff need training on etiquette.

Stay was okay the bed was broke when we first got there the fridge barley was cold You have to asked for your room to be cleaned which I did twice and it wasn’t clean! A lot of flys in the lobby window, WiFi was terrible and service. Is horrible! However convenient to all local stores and boardwalk

The hotel and staff were very nice and accomadating. The room was large which made it all the better. My only complaints are that (1) there were no directions in the room for anything about the hotel and its services i.e. where the ice machines are, the hours for the pool, for breakfast or how to operate the air conditioner and (2) there was no mention that because we had booked our room through Expedia we had to let the front desk know if we wanted housekeeping services at all. Otherwise the stay was very comfortable. O
