Staff was friendly at the front desk when checking in. The staff was also nice enough to call a few days before our stay and confirm our reservation and arrival time. Room was nothing fancy but it was perfect for coming back to at the end of the day to relax and sleep.

We enjoy so many walkable places near the Rideau! This was our first stay and we will definitely go back. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our requests with professionalism and kindness. The room was very clean, beds were super comfy! We had an amazing long weekend stay!

The front desk tried to charge again upon check in. Then they corrected it. After check in, they charge again. Thank god, we checked our credit card again. We saw it they did again, we complained to them, they corrected it again. Be careful.

The sheets and pillows had stains on them. The room and hallway smelled like weed. For the price you pay it’s like a motel 6. Would not recommend.

It was mostly clean but the bathroom could use a scrub. Also hair was wrapped around chair legs and stuck on shower tiles. The free coffee is at the front desk. Not enough electrical outlets for charging but its an old hotel so its understandable. I'd stay there again, as a secondary choice. Staff was nice.
