フロントが外人で、不親切だった。 あーゆー人は接客にしちゃダメでしょ！ まぁ、安いから来る人も所詮そう言う安さ求めてる人だから、フロントのレベルもあれでもつわけだろうけど。

コスパは最高だと思います。 今回は行かなかったけれどパイナガマビーチまで道路渡ってすぐ、コンビニも徒歩数分、エリアにもよるけれど、食事など行っても徒歩で帰って来れるくらいの立地で自分の行動範囲的には満足です。 平日に行ったので空いてたのかもですが、口コミの中には駐車代払っても出て戻ったら停められなかったなどとありましたが、自分は２泊ともホテル裏にちゃんと停められました。 部屋が下水臭いとありましたが、それは正直あったけれど、換気して暫くしたら気にならない程度でした。 出掛けるたびに閉め切っておくと戻ってきた時に、また臭いは発生してましたが、換気の繰り返しで大丈夫でした。 洗濯機も完備されているので海など行った後の水着やタオルも部屋で洗濯出来ますし浴室乾燥もあったので次の日にはちゃんと乾いていて良かったです。 バス・トイレも別々なので広々と使用出来てそれも良かったです。 臭いなど気になってしまう方や、潔癖気味の方はちょっと考えてしまうかもしれませんが、自分的には満足なホテルなので次回また来る時があればコチラに宿泊を検討します。

スタッフとのコミュニケーションは最小限です。至れり尽くせりを求めるなら違うかもしれませんが、全て自分のペースでできるので私にはとても良かったです。 場所柄、パイナガマビーチが目の前なので、夕食に出かけるにはまだちょっと早い、夕方の時間などに良い暇つぶしができるのもポイント高いです。

ビーチが目の前で散歩には最適。コンビニは隣にあるし少し歩けば繁華街だしチェックインもアウトもシンプル簡単。スリッパが左右違ったけどこの価格なら大満足。高いホテルのランドリーはお金かかるけど洗濯機付きだし、浴室乾燥機ついてたから夜干せば朝の前には乾いた。とてもコスパのいいホテルでした。レンタカー屋も歩いて行けた。近所にもう少し高いホテルもあるけどまたここに泊まると思う。

キレイそうだが床が汚い ダニかノミがいて、数カ所刺された 一階エレベーターホールが換気出来ずくさい バルコニー床が汚い シャワーの水圧が低すぎる 少しだけ安いだけ。

パイナガマビーチに近く部屋も広くて綺麗です。洗濯機、浴室乾燥機もあり格安。 ただ、泊まった部屋が7階のせいか水圧が極端に低くシャワーはチョロチョロとしか出ないのでストレスが溜まりました。 午前4時過ぎに火災警報が鳴り続けたにも関わらず、スタッフの避難誘導は無し、復旧後の説明も無しでした。

6階に宿泊しましたが、シャワーの圧力が弱く温水の量にも限度があった。防音が低いのか、隣からの音や外の音が響きよる寝れなかったことが残念でした。それ以外は、部屋も広く使い易く、周りに色々レストランもありよかったです。
