Overpriced for physical condition of the room. Paint falling off the ceiling unclean toilets mismatched paint poor caulking jobs cracks in walls and ceiling etc. multiple things that need repaired if they are going to charge almost 200 per night. Front desk clerk/manager/owner (not sure what he was as he did not introduce himself) is severely lacking in customer service skills. I would recommend additional 40 hr training or more.

The rooms were in very poor disarray paint was peeling from the doorway. The walls had paint peeling from them. The furniture had drawers and nonworking order sofa was worn and dirty.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to provide extra service not required. The condition of the hotel was way above expectations for this reasonable price. Breakfast was tasty and filling. The suite was double the size we expected and very comfortable. Bed was fine enough and we got a solid night's sleep. It was so quiet. Way better than the brand name competition across the street and at half the price. We knew there would not be a shuttle to the airport but the $12 Uber ride for 2 miles was worth the quality of the hotel and staff. We will definitely stay each time we fly into OKC.

It is an older hotel, but they are trying their best to update it. * The staff is friendly, polite, and willing to help. * There is no internet outlet in the room just WiFi and that is not fast. * The breakfast could be better and a better variety. * I had a three nights stay day and the breakfast each morning was the same. * In this case you pay for what you get… a room and someplace to rest. If I am ever in Oklahoma again I would try another place.

This hotel is a great place to stay. Compared to nearby hotels, it offers larger rooms at an even lower price, likely because it is not part of a chain (?). Overall, it meets our expectations—perhaps even exceeds them slightly.

Yes it’s a bit dated but it’s always been clean, safe, and the staff is always friendly. This is my go to for a place to stay in OKC.
