We had a really enjoyable stay overall, with a few small things worth noting for families.
The family rooms were quite expensive, so we chose a double room with two sofa beds, which worked well for us. The kids’ club comes at an extra cost, which was a bit surprising as we’re not used to that from other hotels. However, it includes lunch and, most importantly, our kids had a great time.
While the girls were at the kids’ club, we enjoyed the spa – the peeling and massage were very relaxing. We also appreciated the F&B discounts across all outlets; the in-water pool bar quickly became our favorite spot.
The resort offers a wide range of facilities, including a karaoke/tone studio, photographers, a medical center, and a gym – there’s really something for everyone.
One downside was that the larger water slides are only accessible from 20 kg. Our daughters (almost 5 and 6) were very excited but unfortunately couldn’t use them.
What truly stood out was the staff – incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay.
Overall, a lively, well-equipped resort with great service – we would definitely recommend it to families and would happily return.
