First room they put us in was not cleaned and the second room had rubber matts in the bathtub covering up a much needed repair to the bathtub. I would not stay here again, worst Hampton I have ever stayed in.

Communication and Honesty Desired

Reached out when booking to request connecting rooms. Was told they would do their best. When I check in not only are the rooms not connecting, they don't even have the type of rooms we booked as a connecting option at all on the property. If they had communicated, we would have booked the other type of room and happily paid the higher price. They did not even allow us to pay more and change the room type to get connected rooms. The property needs some maintenance and updating. The bath tub and flooring were in need of repair for sure. Pet hair everywhere, tv did not get any kids channels, and breakfast left something to be desired. Will be looking for a different place next time.

This was a horrible experience and we didn’t even stay the night here. The lady at the front was rude and the entire hotel was dirty and disgusting. There was mold in the shower, there was a disgusting odor in the room and the sheets were dirty with hair and debris all over. They would not issue a refund and we would like some option in resolving this issue.

Room floor was dirty. Unacceptable and no credit offered by Manager on Duty. Patel group needs to improve. We will not stay at this Hampton Hotel. Beds were too hard. Beds at Hampton Hotels in the past the beds were excellent. What has happened ?

Had to stand in the front lobby for a while to check-in. There was no bell to ring for service or a sign saying where they were kr when theyd be back. They did however have a wonderful breakfast

We had a wonderful experience at this Hampton Inn. Hampton Inn consistently provides an excellent hotel stay. This particular hotel has a beautiful view out of the back windows! It looks like you're overlooking a park! The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean, in good shape, and had comfortable beds and pillows. We would definitely stay here again!

Property under remodeling not sure if my room was finished or not but the bathroom still needed so work I did not take pictures like i usually do but the tub had a crack in it ,and was not clean baseboards was cracking and crumbling around the tub . The eoom was decent enough could have used a quick dusting I am a clean freak so i notice everything All in all I would stay here again

Don’t sleep here

Roaches in the toliet. Hallways weren’t vacuumed. Room was not clean there were little white stuffing balls all over the place melted candy in the closet. We couldn’t get a refund and didn’t stay.
