Rooms are clean & quiet. Minor things around room could be a little better, weird spots on mirror, small scratch on TV screen but these things would not discourage me from coming back. Chase at the front desk was amazing and very friendly.

Room air was not working properly, hotel was out of bottled water, Wifi would not work with my credentials. Tried calling front desk. She said she was working on it and i waited for a few minutes, then she hung up. i had to go down to the front desk. She could not get the wifi working with my room credentials so she used another rooms credentials on my ipad.

The ceiling above the shower was obviously patched and falling apart again. The toilet seat was broken at the hinges. There was bathroom trash not swept before I checked in. And the room ceiling corners had cobwebs.

Bathroom needs improvements

While we were not in our hotel room much, other than to sleep, I did notice a few improvements that can be made. The paint in the tub was cracked and peeling. I have a toddler, so they still take a bath. They had tried to put two rubber mats over the peeling paint to cover it up which made the tub pretty slick. The floors were not carpeted, which I usually prefer, but these had not been kept clean and you constantly had dirt and crumbs stuck to your feet. Even though there was a sign that said housekeeping only comes every other day, they did “clean” our room every day, so that was nice. They provided clean towels, took out trash, and made the beds.

The shower was broken and the heat did not work. When informing the front desk the girl was rude and also they couldn’t move us so paid for a room we couldn’t use.

Room was neat and accommodating, Breakfast was best ever! Lobby was nice. There is no hot tub which was one reason we picked this hotel, but the pool was nice. Of the three check-in attendants, only one smelled heavily like marijuana (sadly becoming the norm these days-one of the reasons I foresee this job being taken over by AI.) Need new carpet in the elevator. Guests were nice, nice area.
