Not clean, there were obvious crumbs in the bed when we pulled back covers, so sheets had not been changed. Wrapper on floors of hallway for over 24 hours without being picked up even though cleaning staff in hallways. Had to have key reset 3 times. Normally like Hampton Inns, but this was not up to standard. No staff ever stood up out of their chair any of the times interacted with them.

Room was not clean, to include hair on the shampoo bottles and blood stained linens. There were no trash cans in the room and the phone did not work. In addition, there was a strange smell throughout the hotel.

Nice property with easy access from the freeway. Only there one night but a property I wouldn't have minded a longer stay if that was the need. Clean room, good breakfast offerings and friendly staff.

I liked how friendly the people were! Hotel room was a little dirty like no one had actually cleaned in there!! It smelled like urine and very musty!

You don’t say the room number out loud when checking in . And when not feeling comfortable and asking for a different room he gave me a dirty room . After ten you have to park in the back or sides bc the doors are locked not safe for women having to walk all the way around buil to get in . Remote didn’t work in room. The room was good other wise

We booked through Hotels.com and it said it was pet friendly. The website did not mention any extra fees for pets. At check in we were charged a hefty nonrefundable pet fee. That should have been mentioned in the booking process- we would not have stayed there if there was an additional charge for pets.
