The clerk Kristin was not very friendly when checking in at about 7pm. She acted put out when asked questions and really only cared about playing on her phone. My room didnt have a channel guide nor did the tv offer a guide. I asked the desk if there was one somewhere and she said she didnt know. Id stay there again if i could interact with the lady that was there the next morning at checkout. She was amazing and super friendly!

Excellent stay!

First and foremost, the service was top-notch. There was an issue with my booking, but the manager got the issue fixed very quickly. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel location has many shops and restaurants close by and highway access out front. Highly recommend!

While the room was fabulous, breakfast was delicious and the location was amazing......the staff was the WIN for me. They were patient, accommodating, kind, friendly and ready to ensure my stay was everthing I needed. Hats off to the STAFF!!

Wonderful stay!

We were in OKC to honor my cousin, A1C LaKesha R. Levy who was killed in the Oklahoma City bombing. There was a lot of in and out due to the activities surrounding the memorial.This is an every 5 year trip. Shylo handled our family of 57 with such kindness. All of the staff were respectful and accomodating. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

Helpful front desk

We were there for my sisters eye surgery. The gentleman at the desk was able to get us into a room early which heloed alot as my sister needed the rest badly. The dame gentleman saw me drop my hat and he ran out to return it. He was great.

The hotel is always quiet. The bed was uncomfortable, it's the first time I have felt this way at this location. The pillows are small and flat. The room was clean, hotel is clean, people are nice
