We had an amazing stay. Perfect location in downtown Waikīkī, easily walkable to many shopping and dining options. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The views, especially from the edge pool were exceptional. Pool service was quick and organized. 100 percent would stay again

The location of the Sheraton is absolutely perfect — close to everything and very convenient. The staff were friendly and professional, and overall service was good. However, the rooms felt quite old and worn out despite the hotel’s renovation about five years ago. There was noticeable hallway noise, and the hotel was always very crowded, which made it less ideal for a quiet or relaxing stay. Still, the location and staff make this hotel worth considering again in the future — I might stay here again if the price and timing are right.

Manager was rude and unprofessional, pool was very dirty, this is of course because the place is very busy but at the same time I didn’t see any employees actively cleaning up either. I had three children with me and my wife but the housekeeping staff refused to give me more than 4 towels? Really lol. Great location and view , there are a lot of elevators so that wasn’t an issue, there’s a food court basically attached so there are cheap dining options and a lot of them. Overall I would’ve rated 5 stars if they actually cleaned their pool and had better customer service.

We were welcomed to this beautiful place, given complimentary drinks. Room was great with awesome views! Staff went above and beyond to help with your needs. Such a gorgeous place! Definitely recommend to anyone. Kinda forgot time and day - you just lose yourself in the fun of this beautiful island! It was worth the wait for us - we had one of the best times of our lives. Trip of a lifetime - nothing disappointing about it at all. Would love to go back someday!
