Worst Hotel ever

If I could give this hotel less than one star I would. I will leave pictures of what we found in the room. The first thing is coffee stains on the counter, proving the counter never got wiped off. The next picture is a condom, thank God it was still in the wrapper on the shelf. The last one is puke in the ice bucket. Guy at the desk cusses me several times because I was asking questions about the deposit. I have no problem paying a deposit for the room but when the paper I was signing said $15 and he was charging me $50. They also photocopied my debit card to keep on file. I will never Return to this hotel they had no busines keeping a copy of my debit card. At check out all the Manager say is I’ll talk to him. Rooms are not clean and smell like dirty nasty stinky feet would not recommend staying.

As soon as we got off the elevator there was a horrible smell in the hall! Got to our room and tiny bugs - not bed bugs - were on the bed, ac unit, and in bathroom! Also, the tv had a huge crack in it and wousl not work! That was the pet floor that made it smell soooo bad! They put us on another floor and room. It was better until we woke up the next morning and there were those little bugs in the bathroom! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

Me and my dad went for a quick trip up there from wichita falls. We really enjoyed our stay location was great even came out cheaper then we anticipated major plus breakfest was great. Major win in our book

we asked for walk in shower handicap. that room smelled like mold, leakage from above, mess on wall. was given another room not a walk in shower. we are in our 80's and if the first room was walk in shower second room should have been too. very disappointed in Hawthorne Suites. Don’t do it!

Dead bugs & LIVE roaches & lots of ants in our room! When inquiring about it, got told there’s nothing to be done about it & offered ant/roach Raid spray. Vending machine took 5 x the amount it should, when inquiring about refund…told it was not their property & it may take days, if a refund is even an option.

Our first room, had wet floor from air Conditioner leak. The second room, the air was off and the room was about 80 degrees. The air conditioner ran all night to get to 74 degrees. Place needs some rent ovation!
