Hotel did not have the 2 queen rooms we reserved. They told us at check in that they gave away our room, so we got a room with a king bed and a pull out. This was not sufficient sleeping arrangements for our family. They also did not have a room ready at check in at 4:00. We waited over an hour for our room to be ready. By 5:15 we complained and they finally assigned us a different room. Our room’s bathroom door was broken. The latch was missing completely. This was not a good experience.

Awful experience

As soon as we got there my 7 year old opened the fold out couch bed. She was super excited to have her own bed. The mattress pad had dorito chip crumbs. It had blood stain and looked like chocolate candy wiped on sides by head. They immediately replaced. But we should have left then. The carpet was sticky because so dirty. The chair was stained. My daughters blanket was old and hole. The bathroom door is sliding. There was paint and could see they just “fixed” it. But the door jam and door didn’t even match up to possibly close. So everytime someone in bathroom it slid open. There were 2 seals in the corner of bathroom off the shower. The pool water was freezing and murky. I don’t ever complain to a hotel. We did and got $73 refund and still charged $90. I wish we had left. I just didn’t want to be told couldn’t refund and the kids were excited to be there. We only had about 18 hrs in OKC. Hind sight I would have demanded refund the first issue with mattress pad and left hotel. It was just so unclean in the room and upkeep not done.
