Do better then the rest.

I have business in Oklahoma so I normally use this hotel because it is convenient to where I have to conduct my business this time I was distraught with the cleanliness and the up keep of the property. I see the property is going down just like the other hotels in the area. I had to pay 25.00 extra to get in the room early when the room was ready. Second, the restroom was leaking from somewhere and the floor was all wet, and then the shower had pubic hair on the wall, which was gross. I will not be staying there anymore sorry this business is going down with the rest of the hotels around them.

The pictures does this hotel justice. When we got there they charged a 50$ deposit plus a 13$ fee for hen the site said I just had to pay the 26$. We got to the room and it smelled like smoke so bad. I went and got incense to try and help but it only lasted for a couple hours even though I burned 2. My daughter found butn holes in the blanket and our stuff still smells like smoke after being home for 3 days! They only gave us towels for 2 people in a double queen room with 3 people(I booked in advance) and no towels in swimming area. The tub didn’t look very clean to bathe in and someone’s shower luffa was still hanging on the curtain. My family didn’t really enjoy breakfast there so we went out. Other than that it was a decent for the price but definitely will not stay unless it’s my very last resort

Horribly managed. Website stated 24/7 front desk service, but I arrived around 4:30 am and had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. They keep the lobby nice, updated and clean to trick you. The rooms are dirty and outdated. They would not accept my original method of payment for the deposit and made me use cash. Refused to give me a receipt for the deposit and then made me wait almost 30 minutes after checkout for them to go inspect the room before they would give me back my deposit. Not a good representation for Wyndham or Wingate.

When we got there, it was a series of inconveniences. There was no hot water, our rooms were unsanitary. (We found someone’s false nails by the bed.) and it was an all around unpleasant experience.
