I like that the property sits off to the side is very quiet it's close to the highway and it's very convenient to go to the stores The staff was just amazing every time I came down someone was mopping the floor with a clean mop and they also was cleaning up upstairs and downstairs and they was asking they would need anything and they also said have a good day and safe travels I thought that was very nice and these was the housekeepers the front desk they was awesome as well I definitely will be coming back again this is my second time and it's still been good

The lady at the front desk that was rude. I only had one tissue roll in my room and it wasn’t even a brand new roll. my tub was dirty my floor was cracking.bed was sinking in.

Property is in really good shape and very clean. The room was very spacious. Bathroom was clean. Only down point is that they don’t serve breakfast. Otherwise, really good stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience at Hotel De Soto in Olive Branch. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, fresh, and welcoming. The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless—you can tell they really care about cleanliness and guest comfort. The bathroom and shower were immaculate, which is always a huge plus for me. Everything about my stay was smooth and relaxing. I felt right at home, and I will most definitely be booking here again. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a peaceful stay! They also provided snacks in the lobby 🥰

Hotel doesn’t offer breakfast or coffee makers in the rooms. Closest McDonald’s to get breakfast is 5miles away! With hotel so far out u would think they would offer breakfast to their guest. Rooms were DIRTY and smelt like crap the entire 2 days I was there. We asked for towels was told to return dirty towels so they could count them before I got clean ones. Needless to say I won’t be back!!
