Better staff interaction.. someone who can speak English working breakfast would have been helpful. Also, the EXACT same things and options for fast is just wrong and weird. I have never stayed anywhere where the free blast was slightly different every day. The only hot protein food was scrambled eggs and sausage links EVERY single day.

Very helpful staff. Had issues with tub not draining and they switched us rooms instantly. Both rooms we occupied with very clean and spacious. Easy parking, kids loved the pool and made mornings easier with the included breakfast

Upon arrival we learned that there would be no hot water until 4pm. About 30min later it was told that the hot water wouldn't be turned on until 7pm! After driving 8 or 9 hours thats the last thing you want to hear. We asked the GM if he could compensate us in anyway and we were told NO, there was nothing he could do for us, not even refund the service fee charge of 20 dollars. Very unprofessional management.
