The remotes did not work, found out the sensors were unplugged. The worker had to take the sensor off the tv in the sitting place so we could watch it in bed because there was no sensor there. There was a lightbulb missing. The cable box was falling off the back of the tv in the sitting room. I tried to call front desk many times for help (but the phone was not working). We had to leave early for flight so we only were checked in for about 6 hours and did not see or know there was breakfast.The front desk person who checked us in was the one who brought us a lightbulb and helped us with the tvs was very helpful, but that shows maybe they were short staffed.

The hotel amenities are nice. The water park needs a lot of TLC. The staff are very pleasant but absolutely no organization at all. Check in time was late on both rooms then I one was ready. Once the 2nd room was done we were told the wrong room so had to go back down and figure that out. The "complimentary shuttle" is a joke. It's one the employees who runs it and if they have time to take you there is no guarantee of a pick up. So don't base any plans on that. We were supposed to have adjoing rooms, I told staff if that wasn't possible then near each other would be fine. They gave us room at the complete opposite sides. Couldn't get any further away. At least they were on the same floor. Rooms are very nice, clean, and lots of space.

Check in was supposed to be at 4, we arrived at 6:30, told our room wasn’t ready. Kids were tired and was hoping to be able to get inside and settled. Kids Waterpark was full of drunk adults, our keys didn’t work when we got to our room, smelled very strong of cigarette smoke, and parking was non existent.

The cleaning crew was banging on walls in the room right next to us until 10:00 pm! I asked them to stop once and they continued. Called the front desk and she was rude. Said she couldn’t do anything. I went next door and talked to the cleaners again, then went down to the front desk. She was rude again. I had to get up at 2:30 am to car ch my flight. Not impressed at all with tee he customer service at this hotel. They cared more about the inspection the next day then the customer.

The pool was very green, couldn't even get in it. The TV in the room did not work and couldn't get ahold of or find anyone at the front desk. There were homeless people roaming the lobby and begging for food in the lobby and attached restaurants. Parking was not free.

Staff were friendly and check in was smooth. Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Looking back we probably should have said something, however we didn’t plan to spend a ton of time in the room so we didn’t. Other than that things were fine.

The pool water was cold. There was so much hard water on the splash bed area that the water wasn’t even coming out of the spouts. It was dirty. Disgusting the slide. It hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed and that’s not a waterpark. It’s one slide the pool water was cloudy and disgusting. The rooms were disgusting. There was mold on the outside of the bathtub.

We originally were given a room that washed ready. The room still had trash in it and beds were not made. We went back to the service desk and they gave us a new room which was clean. The staff was really nice.
