Our stay was great as to Marriott. Upon check in everyone was great. The issue was with the neighbors in the next room- we were awakened by loud laughing and talking right outside our door- it went on for 1/2 hour- random banging on doors- etc. since we were on the second floor so close to the lobby I was very surprised it went on as long as it did. They were not kids- it was all adult behavior. Once they finally gave up it was a peaceful night

There was only one person at the front desk. there was a line. there was also one person at the bar/restaurant. they need more staff. the cook in the restaurant was having an issue with the bar/restaurant host. i prepaid my breakfast. the person at the front desk said that breakfast was served until 10AM. i arrived at the restaurant at 9:20 and the restaurant was closed. the front desk person would not credit my account the prepaid breakfast amount of 25.00.

We were put in a room with a broken heater and waited for an employee at the desk for almost 20 minutes to inform them about the situation but would have been way longer if I wouldn’t have called them multiple times. This stay was definitely not worth the amount I spent. I’m very disappointed with how I had to leave my room at 2 in the morning and move all mine and my families things to a different room and the fact that I waited so long to even talk to someone about it especially because of how cold it was last night.
