No hair dryer, no streaming service just cable not even the option for it, room does not seem to be cleaned as I found a empty orange juice bottle when I went to plug in my charger. Counters and sink as well as microwave seemed to be have wiped drag, I had to Wash sink before using it. Butter was left in the refrigerator so how can that been cleaned. Iordered food from GrubHub on the app it has the option to deliver to my room. Food was left at the front desk, no one was there when I went out there to pick it up anyone could have taken it. Not GrubHub's issue the delivery driver was told that they had to leave it at the front desk, no one called me from the front desk, it was the delivery driver who let me know that it was there
Oven dial on stove had no Numbers on it so how do you know what temperature you're cooking at. Simple fix buy a new knob.
None of the knobs actually had any writing on them at all but the burners you could kind of figure out. The grab and go breakfast is coffee, hot water mini muffins or oatmeal if you are lucky and there are still some. Fully equipped kitchens NO you have to go to the front desk to get anything you might need to cook in the kitchen. In my mind that is not a fully equipped kitchen there is no glasses silverware or anything in the unit itself not even napkins paper towels or a small coffee maker
I stayed at other Extended Stay hotels and NEVER had these issues.
