the room was nice and the atmosphere was great. unfortunately the beds were extremely uncomfortable (like as bad as some super 8 and motel 6 beds ive had to endure) , and the hotel charged my credit card for almost 20 additional dollars in addition to their refundable deposit, and will not answer any of my questions in regards to what the charge is for. great location and beautiful setting but dont count on your best nights sleep.

The room was noisy. I could hear everything in the hall and from the room next to us. The bed was somewhat lumpy and uncomfortable. Clean room. Clean bathroom.

There is very little parking due to construction outside of valet. I asked for an early check in, my room was ready and they charged me $40. In addition the room charge was more than what Expedia told me it was. I not happy.

We stayed here for our anniversary. We were placed in a room 1016 where we had several problems. The shower door wouldn't stay closed flooding the bathroom. They sent who said this shower has been that way for 5 years and a source of frequent complaints. He offered me a large stack of towels. There was a smell of marijuana. We were offered a new room. Unfortunately we had a show to make and didn't have time to move. We thought we could eat at the restaurant in the hotel but they weren't "taking walkins". I explained we were staying on property not walk ins. They told us to go somewhere else or come back after our show ended (10 pm). We went elsewhere. At our return we moved to another room. We didn't settled close to 11 pm. The property is attractive, the location good, but why place people in rooms with known problems? Why not fix a years long problem? Why refuse service to registered guests of the hotel at the hotel restaurant? Would not return.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and quiet, and the hotel had a cool vibe. Nice location - lots of things within a 10 minutes walk or less. The speakeasy next door was a fun addition with easy access. Would stay again!

This was a great hotel with a great location! My only complaint is the pillows were awful. Tossed and turned all night because of them. But that could be a personal preference thing!
