The room was clean and wonderfully comfortable. I very much enjoyed the friendliness of the front office staff. My service dog was pleased to find the treat jar on the front desk and the availability of rabbits to chase in the back field. I will most definitely book again on my next trip to Omaha. Thank you to the employees at this establishment for their hard work. It was clear to see they take pride their work.

The room did not have a running toilet. We reported it to the front desk. Was not fixed the next day. As we checked out, they told us we had an upgraded room but nobody told us. There was a toilet auger next to the toilet the entire time we were there. Loose tile in the bathroom. We called several times since our stay but no follow

Hair in the bathroom tub/towel, sink, and floor. Tub does not look suitable to sit in for a bath Grouting needs to be re done especially around the hot tub/ carpet coming up Hallway and room across the hall had a strong smell of cigarettes oder when walking from the desk to the room. Oder was better a few hours later Hotel gave more of a motel vibe upon arrival  No other room available to accommodate and the other hotels were booked or I would have canceled all together. Requested a later check out before checking in and now that's just not something I'd be interested in paying for

Places need to be up graded. Rust removed off the doors. Bathroom needs remodeled. Fauset in the shower leaked water out of tye knob. Rust by the tub drain. Rust in the floor around the toilet. Rust in the bottom of the sink. Light in the Bathroom flikered. Clean and comfortable bed.
