Check-in was a bit challenging since we had trouble finding the place. Folks should know this hotel is embedded in what appears to be a student union of some sort at UMass. Not the typical drive up drop off front door at similar hotels. Location was great room was clean. Breakfast was marginal

Climate control in rooms is lacking. Our room was 70 hen we arrived. Dropped thermostat to 68 but as your system is not dynamic, the temp quickly rose to 74 with us in the room and television on. Additionally windows cannot be opened. So we called front desk for input and they provided a fan. Your staff is excellent but the climate control in rooms leaves much to be desired.
