Shocked that the hotel rooms were all individual buildings with 6 units. Ours actually did face the water and perfect view as its winter and all foliage is off the trees. Get the Delux King and triple check which unit and research which direction it faces.

Great Stay

I went on a business trip and booked the wrong dates. Between Hotels.com and Kings Mill, they kindly changed my reservation with a small fee on the day of arrival. The room was clean, and the bedroom was VERY comfortable. I will be back!

There was no telephone service or microwave ovens on the property. However, I did like the big-screen television, and the shower pressure was great. The lotions provided were also sufficient, as were towels and clothes.
