Disliked: Cleanliness
The pictures on the website ate what drew us to the property. However, after we entered the home and saw how dirty it was we could not enjoy the home. The floors, sofa, bar stools, dining chairs and walls were stained and or had scuff marks, the bed linen in one of the bedrooms was soiled, and the house had a pet disinfectant smell.

CHEER WORLDS

This location was amazing for our family for the Cheerleading Worlds. It offered our girls a location to relax when they were not competing or practicing. The movie room, themed rooms, and pool gave it the feel of being at the parks without going to the parks.

Beautiful home but issues weren't addressed quickly

Our overall stay was enjoyable as the house and location was very nice. However i can't give this stay a high rating because our pool heat was set extremely hot and it took several days for management to lower the temperature not allowing our family to go swimming most of our stay. We also had issues with our front door lock. It wasn't functioning properly most of the time and then ultimately it completely broke. I requested a discount or compensation for these inconveniences but they weren't completely met. I was surprised because i wasn't asking for much back and especially the pool issue could have been resolved much quicker if they wanted to.
