The room was drenched in the smell of pet urine. I did have the room changed and the smell was better. Could not sleep all night due to the smell. Staff was not too pleased about changing the rooms even though the inconvenience was all mine. Cleanliness level was not upto the mark.

The room wasn’t clean and the bedsheets were not done properly. When I was there the neighboring dog kept barking, and when we asked the front desk about it, it just told us they couldn’t do anything about this and hang up the phone. We understand it’s pet friendly however the service was unexpected.
