The staff and shuttle driver went above and beyond their normal duties. We had a wheelchair and 2 suitcases and would have been a struggle if they hasn’t provided the extra assistance.

The kitchen's inadequate size and lack of essential appliances, including a dishwasher and suitable utensils, detracted from its functionality. Excessive noise from the air conditioner and a nearby establishment's late-night music disrupted sleep. The property's value did not justify the cost.

I loved the “non-hotel” smell when we entered the lobby every time. It smelled like a spa!! The breakfast was amazing with good hot choices along with the normal continental fare. The lady servicing the breakfast area should get a raise! I watched as she assisted an elderly man with a cane. She finished his waffle and brought it to his table. VERY caring and kept the busy breakfast area clean and well-stocked! The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful. I would definitely stay there again without question!

Third time staying at this hotel, it’s well run , clean and close to the airport, only negative is it now costs to park a vehicle on site.
