Everything went well during our stay. There wasn’t enough luggage carts available to use (had to take 2 trips). There was black mold in the shower i had. Some of the kitchen equipment was dirty.

Room was clean, great amenities, plenty of room, and easy to check in/out. Pool is heated with 3 hot tubs. Only concern was the front door...didn't have a security lock and it seemed like if pushed really hard, it would open.

The staff I met were very helpful and polite. The hotel grounds and pool are very well kept. I am a frequent traveller to Orlando and I have stayed at this resort a few years ago a few times . Sadly the rooms are in poor condition the carpets are very worn and stained and the furniture is very worn and not in great condition. The fans in the bathroom and toilet were extremely loud and screeched . This resort used to have great rooms but sadly they really need an upgrade and for the nightly room rate charged this is well below standard and it is a shame as the main lobby is lovely and the staff are very nice .

This was our second stay at this resort this year. Had to come back because it was so nice the first time. It was equally nice this time with clean spacious rooms and pleasant staff. The pirate pool was a hit with the kids. the location is great, 3 minute walk to outlet mall. We're planning on going back in 2 months for a 3rd stay
