We could not get in our room until 5:30 , when check in is at 4:00. Other guests were letting their kids run and holler in the halls at 10:30 at night . We have stayed here before and I can tell you the hotel has went down .

Lake Buena Vista exceeded expectations. The pirate plans was the number one for my family. We were close by to other options like fun spot food truck heaven and the outlets.

Overall a great hotel. Had everything we needed. The dryer that was in the room took about 4-5 times per load to dry everything and it could use an update, however everything was clean and great

Horrible managers. Very rude. Make exscuses instead of apologizing for miscommunication. Very combative. Do not recommend. I had to ask for 2 pillows at 10am. Then at 9pm I got told to in person by front desk use the room phone by front desk that didn't work. Then I had to use my cell to call front desk to request. They then tell me the pillows were placed outside my door. I was in the living room enjoying dinner and nobody knocked so how was I supposed to know pillows finally got delivered after 11pm. manager goes we always knock. Sir nobody knocked on this door. Just very combative and unprofessional

The three bedroom suite was huge, complete with a few extras including a washer and dryer. It is also an easy location to drive anywhere with very little traffic congestion. Pools were okay and the lobby was nice. Good value for the price we paid. Our room was not ready until well after 4pm and the main pool was freezing (like 65) so the kids weren’t really interested in playing in it like we had hoped. Didn’t appreciate the timeshare upselling (or whatever it is). Silver benefits were a joke.

Check in started at 4 but a room wasnt available until 630. Went to the pool to cool off. The hotel was clean and quiet which is really all you need in orlando.

The local and amenities were great. The three bedroom condo however was in very run down condition.I did expect by the pictures that I would get a standard of what I was shown. I had my family of 8 with me on this trip .i told the check in staff that and can I have an upgrade told nothing is available ok so when get into condo very shock that I couldn’t sit on the couch,springs visible arms sunken in places where it was sewn.two burners on stove didn’t work toilet s kept plugging up.the asked for upgrade 3 times I was told by staff that they are only responsible for maintenance and the owners are responsible for upkeep of condo so they couldn’t do anything about the furniture. We arrived on 27/02/2025. I made a complaint about condition of the place on and received a call from management on 5/03/2025 and get moved to a better not much but I could at less sit on the couch .
