Problem existed with HVAC unit which required maintenance to correct. Was given a different room with upgrade. Really appreciate change of room and upgrade to boot.

Shuttle was waiting for us. Digital room key worked at 2am, breakfast till 10am, check out at noon seamless. No complaints, close to airport for early or late night flights. Would stay there again. We did one night on our way to the cruise ship.
