Way over priced, rained and couldn’t use the water park. They charged me $49.94 and $48.36 in additional charges, so basically paid about $500 for one night. Definitely not worth $500 for one night.

The front desk staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful — we weren’t greeted warmly, and our questions were met with curt responses. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Margaritaville Resort, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean, providing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly enhanced my stay. However, there were a few drawbacks that I feel are worth mentioning. The housekeeping schedule was inconsistent, with service times varying from as early as 9 AM to as late as 6 PM. Unfortunately, on most days, my room was not serviced, and I only had one day where housekeeping was able to come in. That service was limited to removing trash and providing fresh towels, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, while the lobby area was comfortable, I found the corridors leading to the rooms and the elevators to be quite hot. The air conditioning seemed lacking in those areas, making it uncomfortable to navigate through the hotel. Despite these issues, the overall beauty of the resort and the warmth of the staff made for a pleasant stay. If the housekeeping schedule and temperature in the common areas were improved, this resort would be a true gem.

The beds were terrible, worst sleep my husband and I have had in a long time. We both ended up with back aches the entire time. The resort charged my card for over $700 because they said their system did not realise that we paid in full through Expecia already. And lastly the air did not work properly in our room so it was hot our entire stay.
