The Pros: nice area around the property with a really cool dine-in movie theater. The quiet pool (“License to Chill”) was lovely. The Cons: few breakfast options. Staff not very knowledgeable (we received wrong information about shuttles and wrong information about room service). The room we stayed in was not what we had reserved. It was musty and showed signs of wear and tear (several floor planks peeling off, toilet seat askew). The morning of checkout we had someone knock on the door asking if we were leaving soon. This was an hour before checkout time. Cleaning crew never replaced the coffee supplies or the mugs. Overall, I would not stay here again given the many better options in Orlando.

Beautiful property . Nice rooms excellent pool area Staff not knowledgeable, I prepaid my reservation and at check in was told I owed the complete balance. It took me about 25 minutes to check in. Called the front desk one morning and was put in hold for 20 minutes

We had a great stay! Took a few days to get chairs for the outdoor room patio but we got them eventually. Front desk staff had some employees that could have been a little more helpful and friendly. Great housekeeping! Room was always cleaned and fresh towels daily.

The property was great, very relaxing and tropical as you’d expect at a Margaritaville property. Typical hotel pricing for food and beverages. The location is wonderful, many restaurants within walking distance. Theme parks are a short drive away. My only complaint were the representatives from the vacation club in the lobby. They try to lure you in with a “free gift”, invite you to a presentation at the “preview center”and then the representative whipped out his credit card machine asking for $40. They wanted to hold $40 until the presentation which would’ve been 2hrs+. Absolutely not, felt like a car dealership with sharks. Every-time we set foot in the lobby we went the other way and various reps. still called out asking if we got our “free gift”. I’d recommend the resort, however steer clear of the vacation club representatives in the lobby.
