I would have given Margaritaville 5 stars, but the housekeeping and customer service were absolutely unacceptable. We stayed for four nights and only had housekeeping once. They never brought us fresh towels, clean linens after the third night, toilet paper, or even emptied the garbage cans—basic necessities that should be standard. To make matters worse, the front desk never answers the phone, so every single request required physically going down to the lobby. I spoke with multiple hotel managers and even used the in-room iPad to schedule housekeeping, yet no one ever showed up. It was beyond frustrating to repeatedly ask for something as simple as toilet paper and clean towels, only to be ignored. The lack of service and complete disregard for guests’ needs made what should have been a relaxing stay incredibly aggravating.

Overall love this resort. This was my second time and all though it was a quick stay and last minute they were able to accommodate which made it all the better. Front desk and staff always a pleasure and friendly.

Every vacation is different. The hotel is nice. We thought there would be more music, more bars open, and more than just a big pool. My family was awaken the next morning at 815am by the yard crew with all their gas power lawnmower and bush cutters. I was unable to use our patio due to the gas fumes. I tried to call the desk but the phone number went to Voice mail. I went to the front desk to ask the yard crew to stop working outside our room. The manager explained that the yard crew did not work for the hotel and they were not able to stop them. The manager did give us a $50 resort credit but it set the tone for the whole day. My teenage children could not sleep so they were tired all day. It is confusing how a resort would allow their sub contractors to work so early...will not stay again.

The property was beautiful and rooms were clean and spacious. The servers at the pool were very friendly but it was extremely understaffed. Food and drinks were way overpriced. Rooms were quiet except for the heavy bathroom doors that would get slammed now and then. Shuttle service was unclear. Availability of rental cars was right in property.

Pools were surprisingly quiet despite being such a large property. Conveniently located. Susnet Walk has many dining options which is less than a 5 minute walk away. Target & the Dollar Store were also within walking distance making it convenient to purcahse some breakfast items ans snacks for the room and pool toys, floaties, ect. Would definitely stay here again

Desk staff seemed not fully knowledgeable. Check in was long. Asked for early check in since we had a dog in tow, several days prior, to find out it was not guaranteed. Walked the property for several hours until our room was ready. Lines were long at pool bars. Only one open during spring break and appeared short staff.

What a GREAT resort!!! Pool was clean! Staff was excellent! Room was clean! GREAT atmosphere and the little restaurant area was GREAT!! Will be back to look for my lost shaker of salt!!!!

there's o ly half a glass door so even with the hottest shower, you're still cold. And the pressure is terrible. There was no soap in the shower. and i checked in early but wasn't given a room. I was told i would be called as soon As it was ready but never was. I came back at 4 to a 45 minutes wait to receive my room key. They have people in the lobby trying to sell you vacations every time you enter or exit the lobby. Other than that our stay was nice.

this property was beyond beautiful!! the rooms were amazing size, shops and places to eat and pool was wonderful, they even have an on-site cotton candy maker of many shapes! What I did not love is with a line of 4 families and 3 desk agents it took over 45 minutes waiting to get checked in. Overall I would highly recommend and will be staying here again!
