The house was great, accurately described, very clean. My family vacations in October almost every-year and rent in the same complex. This was by far one of the best kept properties that we have rented. My only concern was the check in information wasn’t received until 6-min before scheduled check-in of 4PM. Although I didn’t arrive until 5:30, this required me contacting the on call number, due to the office being closed and not receiving the email in time. Overall still fantastic and would rent again if the property was available during my next visit. Danny

Beware of there properties. We had a 4 bed/3bath unit. Yet the property manager left 2 rolls of toilet paper. There were no pool towels, even though there was a pool at the resort and a pool in the unit.

This property thought of it all! Places was super clean and looked exactly as shown on pictures. Has pool gate for toddlers as well as pack n play, and highchair for toddlers and infants. Would definitely stay again.

Basketball Vacay

Both our kids, ages 10&12, had a weekend AAU basketball tournament at ESPN sports center in Disney so we decided to make a weekend out of it. The townhouse was about 15 minutes from all the theme parks. Publix and restaurants were closer. The home was clean and nicely furnished. Clubhouse and gym were really cool, clibhouse pool was really nice and kids loved it. Pool bar was a great feature as well. We had an awesome time, amd.used grill one night for dinner. Only suggestion would be to have at least some kitchen necessities,.like coffee filters, pam, salt & pepper, bbq brush. Definitely would rent again.

Emergency trip

We stayed at the property due to our 89 yo uncle being sick. It was a last minute booking. Everything was great. What you see is what you get. We didn’t get In The pool was chilly this week. This is a great location upon arrival we realized we have stayed In the neighborhood before. The clubhouse is very nice movie theater, game room store bar. We will be back. Thanks

Best Stay in Orlando

The Location of the Paradise Palms is very good close to many places we love to visit such as Celebration . And give us alternative to the 192 or the I-4 to drive for some places such as the Parks and Oulets. There we also have acess to all the services we need such as gas station , suppermarket restaurants and other stories. The CLUB is also very good and complete with a good gym and a space for the KIDs to have fun . The access to the house and also all the procedure that we fullfil for the Previous check-up helped a lot to arrive and get inside very fast. If i have to come back to Orlando once again i will select the same Place. House with enough space for 8-9 people. The only think that i suggest to Change is the Sofa of the living room to be a liitle more confortable. All the other rooms of the house were perfect for us. Fast support and contact with service . That´s the prefect place to go with your family or friends to an unforgetable vacation.
