This is a very good option in the 192/East of Disney area. The rooms are clean, and parking spaces are ample, not tiny. If it happens a yappy dog is an issue (rarely) or you need a different type of accommodation, the staff will do their best - (even in high season) - to help, if there is anything available. Mainly this gets high marks because of the welcoming and helpful staff: From manager Cecilia, to front desk staff, to housekeeping, to maintenance, the team maintains the property and they are friendly and welcoming. Standouts on this trip were Ryan (check-in) and MaryAnn (check-out). (I give this great review at risk of sell-out when I might need it in the future, but the manager and staff deserve this 5/5 review, just as Kissimmee, FL visitors deserve a safe, clean and restful place to stay. The price was a good, fair price for high season, too.

Pesimo hotel. El servicio muy malo. Cancelaron nuestra reservacion sin motivo alguno, tuvimos que esperar casi una hora para hacer una nueva. La habitacion no tenia ni nevera ni microondas. El baño sucio y olor a marihuana por donde quiera.

The nastiest place to stay, stink, roaches, they don’t clean the rooms, they don’t provide towels. Yes it’s a motel 6, but it’s disgusting and the bare minimum for a stay was not provided. Just sleep outside or in your car.
