Lovely property but beware of the Alligators just outside the property grounds. Lots of beautiful birds to be seen. I saw woodpecker, crane, stork, cormorant, vulture and others, all on the property grounds. I wish I had brought my binoculars.

Amazing Place at an Amazing Price!

Perfect family stay with room to spare. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It had full-sized everything: kitchen, dining room and living room! Two king bedrooms were ensuite with access to a roomie outside, enclosed space. The entire place was spotless, front desk people were friendly and helpful. This will now be my go-to place whenever I go to the Disney area... they also provide free shuttle service to all the local parks and free parking!

I like this place is big and suitable for big family of 5. There’s kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and patio. One thing I would say is the lighting, it’s very yellow and dark. I wish they change the lighting especially for the bedroom and bathroom. When it gets dark I can barely see anything when that yellow lighting. Also there's limited of dining options in the area, the neighborhood only has a 7 Eleven and McDonald nearby and nothing else. The area is dark and unsafe especially at night. Lastly, the elevator seems old. However for the price it’s worth your money, but there’s definitely a better option.

Room was great. Large, clean, modern, and very comfortable. It was big enough for my kids to play hide and seek and clean enough that I didn’t worry about dust bunnies or spider webs or anything else.

Truly enjoyed our stay at The Berkley. We travelled with our two adults children and enjoyed the spaciously condo. About 1/2 hour to Universal and outlet malls but size of condo made up for the distance. Weather did not cooperate so did not get to enjoy the clubhouse or pool but look like wonderful facilities. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great property, but not much to do by it. There arent sidewalks to the main food options. Also, dont count on their transportation to disney world. Prepare to uber but great place

All areas of the Berkeley were well maintained. The staff was warm and welcoming to us on arrival. There were a couple of minor issues in the unit and maintenance was there in just a few minutes of our request and fixed the issues.
