Construction happening so entrance was a bit hard to find. Not well signed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Quiet. Shower lets water out into standing area of bathroom but seems standard with all open showers. Quick 2 minute or less walk to airport check in.

Hotel was excellent and the staff. Love the fact that we walked out of the airport and walked right into the hotel. There were convenient locations for all kinds of transportations. Breakfast buffet was good and dinner was okay, would be nice to have more choices.

Hotel is great. But I have limited mobility. No one asked. No hand rails to help get off toilet. Staff bitched a fire drill requiring everyone to walj down stairs twice. I was on 7th floor. With limited mobility I was not impressed. First time told go back to room. Second time once everyone was down we were sent back and they finally turned alarms off. I was in pain for next three days as a result. Don't put people with disabilities above three floors.

There's no concierge to help you carry your luggage to go in and out of the room. There is a concierge trolley but i guess no staff helping us, we have to take the airport trolley to our floor and leave it by the door as suggested by front desk. And if the airport trolley gone, you have to get a new one and take them upstairs. It's inconvenient as the airport trolley is so bulky. And takes lots of space if you leave it by your room door. Hotel condition is great and location wise, airport is only a few steps from the front door.
